Born in Turkey and made famous on the streets of Germany, this is the dish I discovered overseas. Think of it like a gyro’s bolder cousin — Middle Eastern in origin rather than Greek, built on spiced meat shaved fresh from the vertical rotisserie. Served in soft, pillowy flatbread with fresh veggies and tangy sauce, it’s packed with authentic flavor, distinctive spices, and pure Mayhem.
This ain’t your average bowl of red. No beans. No ground beef. Just tender chunks of steak simmered low and slow with a bold blend of chili peppers, fire-roasted tomatoes, and smoky spices. A Mayhem take on Hawaii’s plate lunch classic — the Loco Moco. Traditionally served over rice, ours is loaded onto golden fries instead, then topped with a savory hamburger patty, rich brown gravy, and a fried egg. Comfort food reimagined, Mayhem style.
Shrimp, sausage, and Cajun rice turned up to 11 — smoky, spicy, and messy in all the right ways. Comes with buttered corn-on-a-stick and a chunk of bread to mop up the good stuff.
Husker Hand Grenade
A golden, handheld bread pocket inspired by a Nebraska classic — but cranked up to full Mayhem. Stuffed with seasoned beef and sautéed onions it’s Midwest comfort food that will make you feel all warm inside.
